Not trustworthy business - joumasecars

Disappointed is this company and especially managment of Jou Ma Se Cars I can understand that they clearly say 'no cash deposits' but this is diffirent. 1. They sold me a part that does not fit for roughly 2/3 of a new one. 2. The sales person accepted it was hes mistake, promissed they will collect via courier and refund in one month. He complained that managment is not happy and giving him a hard time (understandable). Took my banking details as well and said 'im in the que' for refund. 3. Now, roughly 3 months later (or more) he ignores my messages and so does managment with my emails.

Should have known with a name like that - this was likely to happen.

Be advised this is not a trust-worthy business. I will never again do business with them and advise others the same. Invoice nr. INV33997
