Damaged goods in transit with no accountability

I am writing to make potential and existing customers aware of the service—or lack thereof—that I have received from Jotha Industries . As someone who trusted the company to transport my goods safely and securely, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. When the shipment arrived at the destination, I was shocked to discover that a significant number of items were damaged or broken. This includes an expensive commercial treadmill which is now non-functional, posing not just an inconvenience but a substantial financial loss. Immediately upon discovering these issues, I pointed them out to the team from Jotha Industries, who assured me that they would take steps to rectify the situation. It has now been four months since that assurance was made, and I regret to inform you that absolutely no progress has been made in resolving these issues. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jotha Industries—including approximately 100 messages and phone calls—I have been met with either silence or empty promises. Their failure to take responsibility for the damage they have caused is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning for anyone who is considering utilizing their services. I urge anyone considering Jotha Industries for their transportation needs to think twice. While any business can make a mistake, it's the handling of such mistakes that truly characterizes a company's integrity—or lack thereof.
