illegitimate furniture business

I had the worst experience with this furniture place , she has 2 showrooms 1 in randfontein and 1 showroom in Krugersdorp the owner of this company promises the moon and the sky but when it comes to making the furniture you pay for she doesn't make it and lies about when it will be done or she ignores your phone calls , not only that she has employed foreigners that she doesn't pay and I feel like she may be exploiting them.

when your furniture breaks , she all of a sudden there is no warranty and she refuses to fix or replace.

i dont feel this is a legitimate business and it needs to be reported.
