Joshua Haskins t/a Seemreal (Pty) Ltd
Received invoice for 14m2 sandstone. Waited 12 days only to receive 4m2 sandstone, 1/3 of it was boulders. Waited 22 days from date of payment and never received balance of 10m2 sandstone. Joshua Haskins t/a Seemreal (Pty) Ltd also quoted on labour to install sandstone cladding on site. Received numerous request for deposit payment on labour even before all material arrived on site. When desposit on labour wasn't forthcoming (all material still not on site) contractor informed me no longer interested to take on job. Would be reluctant to make deposit payment before seeing actual material on site. Would be reluctant to pay for labour in advance.Would not recommend this contractor.
