wrong item

It really upsets me when retailer act ********* and want to ***** from people, especially elderly.<br> My parents ordered a Defy fridge @ R4499.95 from Electric Express on layby. Then Joshua doore (Mitchell's plain) took them over.<br> My mom has been paying the fridge off on a monthly basis, and when she finally made the last payment, they delivered her a Hisense fridge instead, she told them it was the wrong fridge but they insisted that it was the right one.<br> My parents phoned in and the person at the warehouse said that it is the right fridge and my parents paperwork was wrong.<br> When my parents went in store they told them again some stories & about the fridge being off the market.<br> There is a big difference in size of the original fridge my parents ordered to the one she got, not to mention the hisense fridge retails @ R3199.90 from another store.<br> I have mailed head office and was told in an automated response that they will be contacted (empty promises)<br> today my parents went in store again & they were told there was no manager on duty and he/she will only be there on Monday.my parents are so fed up,they would kindly like their money back,we will go else where.
