wrong full put on itc

2013 i had accounts at russells. i was retrenched and handed in all documents to Malvern branch twice withthe orignals in the hands Michelle, there is cameras in the store and you will see we did hand it to her personally, now after more then two years i am on itc and cant byu a house. On the credit report it stated that the accounts was written off. i called Jeromein the insurnace department to take my name off the system and he had a very bad attitude and said i must still pay the account and the lawyer and i refuses. The company that i worked for is closed in 2013. I did instructed legal wise to take this matter to court. I will hold Jerome responsable for all my costs.
