WRONG BILLING

Good day i have an account with joshua door but there is a huge problem that they did and they are not prepared to fix it, i opend an account last year December with them and we agreed on the debit oder date but guess what? they debited on the wrong date and they said account was in areas so i told them its not my fault coz they debited on a wrong date so i emailed them to enquire about how i got in areas i got a response that i have no areas so their collections team are Harrasing me over the telephone they call 4 times a day and they dont even want to listen to me they give me a bad attitude they even call my mother whom is very old and tell her i am BACK PAYER i feel so harrased i dont know what to do i have had enough and i seek help about this ASAP The email i go the response from is-Financial Services Query Randburg [Email Removed]
