Would you pay for this service?

I bought a bed, note, not a cheap one either, and was promised delivery. I get told, Thursday, before 12. Cause I'm working I ask for a more accurate time. I get told that the driver would call me, so I can get there on time. Regardless to say, Thursday, no communication. Eventually I call the store at 12:15 and ask the status of my delivery, I get told the driver is on his way. I leave work, regardless of the short lunch break I have to receive delivery. I get home and wait till 12:30, no delivery. Apparently the driver already came, and left cause no one was home after he was told I was on my way. I call back, he refuses to deliver, the store manager had to call him to get a delivery done. I get told at 13
