worst store ever !!!

<p>Worst customer service ever!never been so disgusted in my life!So I purchased a bedroom suite and bed at Russles kuilsriver. upon receiving my goods I noticed that the board was chipped and return the item immediately. I requested a replacement item as according to them the deal has gone through and cannot be adjusted. after coming to the store more than 6 times speaking to store manager numerous false promises to call back etc my response was they don't know what's happening yet the debit my account for things I don't have. I'm now waiting almost 2months for a response sent numerous emails to headoffice and still no response!how is that for customer service</p>
