Worst service in the country

I bought a mobile router online from HiFi Corp on 30 April with 3 -5 dsys delivery lead time. To date I have not received it and have no clue if I will ever get it. Called the customer service twice already to be told I will get it latest the following day which turned out to be lies. They are so bad at this online shopping that they are no longer responsive or bothered by customer complaints. Now I dont have the router, there is no way also to cancel my order so that I can go to Takealot and buy it there. I regret ever seeing their advert & buying their product. Truly appalled & will NEVER make the mistake of buying from them again. Once the order is placed & they have your money, looks like the care less about delivery. In this day, I expected more but clear they have no clue of how to run online shopping & provide a positive customer experience. Sies
