WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Your customer service is the worst!! my debit orders are suppost to go off on the 30th of each month as per the agreement, YOU only take the money from my account by the 3rd - 5th of each month...... Now my credit status says i am a late payer!!! how the f**k am I a late payer if I have debit orders on my accounts!! The fault is with you people and you are ruining my credit score!!!! It doesn't help to call your call centers your staff is some of the rudest Ive dealt with in my life!! there is also a huge lack in communication in your call center as you call me 3 times daily to confirm my EFT payments, my account got into arrears for 2 months because the bank details was not updated like requested!! Ive paid more than half of the arrears but you are not updating the information on ITC, you are quick to make one's name bad but you don't care at all in correcting it, even it you were at fault!!! Once my account is settled i will NEVER deal with Connect Finance, Russel's of Hi Fi Corp again, and I would certainly not recommend your services to ANYONE!!!!!
