Worst Service Ever

Worst experience ever. I had a laybye at the Russells, Wynberg Branch, in the Main Road. On Saturday, 27th of October, I went into the branch to collect my laybye, and I must say it was not a pleasant experience. Its the amount of time it took for them to conclude the sale, nonetheless, that is not why I'm complaining. I paid an extra R260.00 for a delivery to be made on Monday, 29th. They failed to deliver as promised and this is many attempts of me calling them to follow up on the delivery, the lady that was helping me, Gertie, promised me multiple times that she'd call me back, she failed to do so. I had to walk into the branch to reschedule for today, 31st October. They promised to deliver by 15:00, I called them earlier this morning to confirm delivery, I then called again at around 16:30 to find out where the driver was, and they manner in which they spoke with me was appalling. I also spoke with the Branch Manager, Fadia Adams, she was no better as she failed to listen to me before making assumptions of what my request was. I will never make any purchase from Russells ever again.
