Worst Service Ever

Went to the Russels branch in Vredenburg on Saturday, bought a dining room suite, for cash I might add. Manager promises me the suite will be delivered on Monday. So my wife puts in leave for the Monday, i get a call after 12pm telling me that the suite will only be delivered the Tuesday. Already fuming due to this i have no choice but to accept, they arrived at my home at 16;25, boxes sealed but no *****s to assemble and worst of all the legs of the table are chipped as well as the underside of the table. Already waited 2 days for my item and still it has to go back to due damage. Never in my life have i experienced service this bad. Not telling how long i have to wait now, if my wife wasn't so in love with the suite i would have as my money back on the spot. Last time I'm using this disappointments for sure.
