Worst Service Ever

I bought 2 3door robes at russells modjadji plaza in limpopo cash.They delivered 1 robe in 2days & said they don't have anymore stock available.I have since been calling to ask for the other robe or my money back since from 26/08/2024 to know avail.When you call the customer care line they say there is nothing they can do I must just wait for stock. The branch manager by the name of Eddie Khosa told me he will call back & give me feedback since 19/09/2024 & never did,when I call this morning 30/09/2024 he said he was too busy.They are very inconsiderate & have no sense of agency at all & do not care about clients at all.I am very frustrated I opened a formal complaint with call centre on 26/08/2024 it was closed without me even receiving the goods I purchased or my refund.I was told to just wait & they will give me my money back & when I asked when was told to be patient.How can 1 be patient from 2/07/2024 to date when I didn't laybye or purchase credit?
