Worst Servi e ever recieved

I went to the Russells at chuma mall in diepsloot. First they refused to give me a discount based on their store policy that says they give no discount. Then they offered me a gift of pillows instead of the discount. After that they tried to get me to pay a R350 delivery fee which I refused as I live 5 minutes from the store, after which the manager Nthabiseng, promised the bed would be delivered to the store and I could pick up yesterday. Later they called me and told me it was getting late and I should pick up the bed at bambanani mall, which I refused as I had been there and the very same bed had roaches crawling all over it (disgusting given the sales person had the guts to tell me it wasn't their fault but that of their warehouse) today I went back and they made me take the bed on the floor and promised to deliver it without charge. Surprisingly, the very same manager now tells me she cannot Include the pillows she promised me because they are delivering the bed for free. First you lie to me and promise me a brand new bed with free pillows. Second a day later after failing to live up to your promise you promise to deliver everything for free. Then you you decide you are going to deliver my bed without the promised gifts you gave for refusing me a discount. I'm not sure what this is, but if this is the service you have created especially for the community of diepsloot because we are stupid and have no idea what service is you are sorely mistaken. Neither will I, my family, friends or anyone else I know ever step into your store for as long as I live. As a manager where I work, I find it even more disturbing that your manager doesn't even care when I ask her if she wants to give me my money back. But I suppose that is the instruction given from head office
