Worst furniture store ever

On the 24 November 2017 I went to a Russell's store in Lephalale to buy my self a three piece lounge suite,I leave 4 minutes away from the shop but I was forced to pay R105 for transport which didn't make sense. After the payment they then informed me the items I had bought were out of stock frustratedly Agreed with them when they said they will bring them on Monday 27 November 2017, fast forward today is Friday a full week after the purchase and still no delivery. I called the store to find out what was wrong only to be screamed at and told I will only receive my furniture next year "2018". I then informed them that I want a refund only to be told that I can't receive a refund until I receive the good's and find something wrong with them. I'm now left stranded without furniture although the payment has been made. The manager of the store didn't even want to hear my case and told me he was on tea break and I must come back after an hour
