worst ever company, russells

this was the worst experience i ever had, opened an account everything was approved after spending 4 hours in the store, got everything i wanted to buy and approved all the payments on my banking app just for them to phone me and tell me the guys at the shop did not send through clear copies of all my paper work and that i should return to the shop, when i phoned them and told them im not coming back and they must cancel my approved payments there was no one that could help me with that.
