Worst Customer Service

Russells has by far the worst customer care services in the entire world. I purchased a bed in may and within a month it was messed up its October now and i still havent received any assistance instead they are pointing me in different departments. Evaton has the worst sales people they are care free when you go there for queries they will be chilled and tell you that only 1 person is able to assist and if that emily/alice lady is not in a good mood you will be told to come back some other time.
