Worst customer service

This place has the worst customer service. Never buy online from them.i bought a product online December 2023 attempted numerous times to get a refund to no avail. They directed me to drop it at nearest store and i should get rhe refund soon. It's February 2024 and I'm still waiting.disgusting customer service.
