Worst Company Ever

Ordered a lounge suit from Russells for over R16,000 five weeks ago and cannot find anybody that can tell me what has happened to my order. Send how many E-Mails, no reply Held on for over an hour on their customer care phone number before I was told they don't know anything except that I have lodged a complaint before. The worst company ever that I have done business with.
