WORST BEDS!

We bought a bed at the Key West branch on 2022-06-02. After a couple months the mattress was replaced by the factory due to the mattress sagging. It is 1 year later, again my mattress is sagging excessively, and has become unusable. I have had 4 neck surgeries, and need your urgent assistance.

I AM SLEEPING ON THE BACK OF THE MATTRESS AS IT IS MORE COMFORTABLE.
