Worse service ever

I took up a lay buy online with Russels in March 2024. Paid every month and decided to settle the account in full in September. I also received a sms that my settlement payment was received on 19th September

It states on their website that delivery isnt immediately and take some time (think up to 14days) i was ok with this. I then received a sms saying they will deliver goods on the 23rd September, i was thinking, wow this is excellent service.

Needless to say, on the 23rd, no one came. I called the call centre and they advised they cannot give any info and the delivery people will give me a call an hour before they deliver. We had to wait the whole day at the place for delivery for nothing.

I complained about it the next day, whereby i received a call saying the items will be delivered the next day and then another message saying delivery on the 30th.

I called in again, they said the delivery is scheduled for the 30th.

On the 30th, i had the same story again. No one came, i called the call centre and they said they cant do anything. If delivery doesnt take place i must call them the next day.

Then 19.30 ish i started receiving calls from a number i do not know. They called several times, after about 20min i decided to answer to find out whats happening. That was the drivers saying they are outside and want to deliver now. Oki not happy but at least they arrived just to find out its not everything ordered has arrived.

I contacted the call centre and they advised that the order has been completed. I also complained on facebook. So then they realized that my order isnt completed.

So yet again almost 2 weeks gone and still dont have my other items.

No calls, no emails nothing.

Them yesterday i received a mail saying my item is discontinued and i must choose another item. I rep**** immediately. No response again.

Is this how you treat all your customers?

I will never buy anything from Russels again or refer anyone to them. Rather buy from Game or Makro
