Worse experience

Hi. I would like to complain about Russells. I don't suggest you buy anything. We bought defy gas stove 3 weeks ago. We didn't like it because the oven part was really slow. Then we want to give it back. Since that day every single day, I'm calling them but there is no solution. They don't know anything about the process or they don't want to take it back. This is the worse experience that I have had in my life. I'm still waiting for them to pick my stove and give me my refund
