Wish I never bought at Russells

I am completely and utterly disappointed with the service. I purchased a lounge suit cash in August 2025 the suit was delivered but it was damaged I reported it immediately and was not assisted until today I've asked them to even return the product and I've just been ignored the branch manager asked me to pay her R270 to exchange the suit for a different colour after 3 months I refused to pay and until today I have not heard back calling the call centre does not help as they keep saying they will escalate the matter and it has never been solved. Now I can't even used the suit I bought I have nowhere to even sit as the item has to remain in the original packaging.

I don't even want the lounge suit any longer Will never buy from them again I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years but it's pathetic service....
