We are HURT

<p>We are so hurt with the service at the Sabie Branch. We had lay by a Fridge and had paid the total of R4000. 03/06/16 we went to pay the last outsanding R750 to get our fridge delieverd. We were then told that the fridge is no longer available. Fine, we decided to get another which was in the cathalogue for R3999. We are told that it's also not available at their WAREHOUSES. We asked for a refund. We are told that they would charge us 1% from the R4000 which we already paid and that we would wait a period of 1-3 months until we are refunded! Mind you me, the only fridges that are available are between R5359-R7000. It hit us hard that our only way out of this Sales Trap is to purchase the R5359 fridge which we eventually had to pay!</p>
