Washing machine query

I filed a complaint on a washing macjine that was broken and it took more than a month before I was told they will send someone to come check after waiting another couple of weeks with no one coming I went to the store (russells kenako mall port elizabeth) I filed the complaint at. I wad told I will be getting a new washing machine. After weeks of requesting for the exchange two weeks ago they collected the broken machine and told me they have no stock I have to wait.a week ago I called to check up and they told me the brand I have is no longer available they will give me another brand of the same price and it was promised to be delivered on the week of the 12July and there is still nothing. When I called the store today in the morning they told me to hang up manager will call in a few minutes and she never did and I called the whole day the phone was not picked up. I called customer care they told me there was communication to the manager on the 12th with regars to the delivery and my complaint has be resolved and yet I still have no washing machine after going back abd firth for months now.
