Waiting for repairs -poor service

i purchased a leather lounge suit and after a week or so i was unhappy because the 3 seater did not seem fine , i went to see the manager ( 02/05/2015) to get someone to come over to have a look at the lounge suit , he said he would send someone the following week .One the 5th of May no one had come .I then contacted their customer care number to lay a complaint , their response is that the manager will send send one .<br> On friday 08/05/2015 i called again , but i am still waiting for someone to call me to confirm when it will be sorted out .<br>
