waiting 7 months for my wardrobe to. be repaired

In december last year 2014 I bought a wardrobe from joshua doors chatsworth centre , the arrangement was to pay every month before the 7th , in january 2015 my lock of my wardrobe broke so when I went to make payment I notified them of the brocken lock spoke to deon he said not to worry he'll send someone the weekend to fix it ... Time went by , nothing happened , 2 months after my other lock fell off . Went to report that spoke to craig he promise to send someone the weekend , yip I'm still waiting after 7 months 2ven sent my son on my behalf and my daughter in law .. I'm a pensioner and a triple bypass heart patient I can't make frequent trips in vain !then we have the rude debt collectors phoning me telling me I'm in arrears etc when I'm not cause I made sure that I made arrangemnts to pay before the 7th of each month . They called me cheeky rude and slammed phone in my ear plenty of times this goes on every month . I just want joshua doors to fetch their defective wardrobe I want nothing to do with them anymore .
