Vryheid Rusell and Defy

I'm getting a very bad service from Russell in Vryheid and Defy. I bought a defy microwave and It gave me some problems and returned it in March 2022. I called them and went to the store several times spoke to the manager but they always say Defy didn't come and fix it. This have take so long and the manager is not even responding to my whattsap messages.
