Very unprofessional service...

Absolutely terrible service from Russells.... I bought a lounge set CASH from Russells last December... About a month ago i found 1 off the back rests being loose... I called into the costumers centers to make a complaint, after about a week guys came out and picked up the trouble set... About 2 weeks ago i got a call from the warehouse and was told my set was fixed and if they could deliver it on Saturday... That was 3 Saturdays ago... I went into the store in Tongaat twice last week and the lady that works there showed me the Emails she sent but no response yet.... And she also told me the unit hasn't been fixed... Now almost a month with no response or anything from Russells... And i dont have my complete lounge set WHICH was paid for in cash...
