Very unhappy and disappointed customer

Hi i bought a stove at Russels (4 plate stove at a cost of R3999.00 .I then returned the stove as i had to buy transformer and wire to connect and my landlord said i may not connect in that way.I filled out forms and they said i should receive my money in 7 working days,Up till now i don't hear from the manager and staff unless i call.It has been longer then 7 days and they keep saying the same thing the papers have been sent.Now i sit with no stove and i have two children who suffer as i need a stove to cook with.I think its poor show for a big company.They prolong the issue.The manager and staff should be getting back to me as the store is providing a service.I would appreciate it if someone can get back to me as soon as possible.I will not recommend Russels to any of my friends or family.One very unhappy x costomer
