Very poor customer service & ********* customer service!!!!!

Russells Nelspruit is one of the most worst place to buy furniture at, their services are pathetic. I have been waiting for an exchange on a new BED almost 3 months. I been the one calling the whole time - they say they call you back but they don't. As for the manager saying his scared to call me because i was upset - "yes i was, i am" who wouldn't be upset???????????? I mean there was no communication at all I been the one calling using my work phone and airtime to call these guys they just keeping me on a string the whole time - their feedback is not even sufficient when given. Their customer service is just pathetic and ********* really. I have explained how many times the bed is inconveniencing me but they don't give a dam!!!! I am even giving up now.
