VERY BAD SERVICE - ONLINE STORE

I placed an online order - paid cash. First my order was cancelled, placed a new one, it was lost. They promised that all of my items will be delivered on the same day, still short furniture after delivery. I've logged several complaints, no one can assist me as to where the remaining of my furniture is. All they say is wait 24 hours. How long must I wait to get my furniture. You did confirm that you do have it in stock.
