Very bad service

My mum bought a TV and it went off within 5months and it stopped playing, she took it back to the shop at Russells Amanzimtoti and it almost a month now no communication and when she visits the branch they don't give her a clear answer on what going on , she's called today and the consultant was rude. We are really not happy with the service's we getting from Russells
