Verulam Russells Furniture Shop

I bought a cupboard on the 25th of April 2023, and it was delivered on the same day. After arranging the appliances and the cupboard I bought, I had to open the drawers and cupboard doors so that I can put the handles on the right side but one drawer didn't open so I called the shop to let them know about the faulty drawer on the following they promised to send someone to check the fault on the cupboard, but no one came until the 3rd week has passed, and they sent a driver to come and check, and no one came after that, it been over a month. When I was making a purchase they charged me R600 for delivery telling me in case any of the items I bought have a problem. They are ****** who want to take people's money but delivery poor customer service
