Utterly Disgusted with the service of Russells

<p>It's the second week now since I accompanied my mom to pay the balance on her lay bye But we still have not received our delivery. Every single time I phone I get an excuse...This is the first furniture shop that has given us such poor services, first they let my brother over pay his account with R500 and he had to wait for weeks to get his money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>And now it seems like we will wait forever to get our delivery...They are quick to take people's money but give lots of excuses when it's time to deliver. Ag I've never had to deal with such incompetence!!!</p>
