Utter and totally disgusted with the Russels brand

I went to purchase a lounge set and tv from Russels on the 30th of December 2021when the goods was delivered I noticed on the day bed looked very worn out as if it was used already and can get torn at any time I imediatley called the store and reported it to a lady by the name of Letabo, who immediatley reported my complaint to the relevent department and advised that because it was still within the seven day period they should replace it........since then I only received feedback today the 24th of January 2022 that they declined my dispute and that they are not willing to exchange it. The total cost of the lounge set is R21000....I even took pictures immediatley when the lounge set was delivered and sent to them show them hoe bad the quality of their goods are still after seeing this they still declined....my worry is that this day bed must have been used before due to the condition it is in and looks very fragile. Russels is a very unreasonable, unreliable store and do not take there customers seriously, they are very decepitive and do not keep up to standards they have no values and they do not value their customers at all and I will strongly advise anyone to stay away from that store and think twice before even condidering purchasing anything at Russels
