Useless&Unproffessional Rassells

<p>So, I bought furniture of Wednesday from Russells and they promised to deliver it friday/saturday.</p> <p>So Saturday morning I call them to confirm if all is in order and that I will wait for delivery.</p> <p>They kept promising me that they will come any time from then... and only delivered on Tuesday after so many calls pleading and begging them to deliver my furniture.</p> <p>Only to see when they finally deliver, the furniture is not assembled but I PAID FOR ASSEMBLE, apparently the assemble guy's phone is going on voicemail.</p> <p>Now they are refusing to send me back my money so that I can hire someone else to assemble it. And their excuse is "THE MANAGER IS OFF-SICK UNTIL NEXT MONDAY!!!!" Come on!!!</p>
