Useless Service from Russels/Joshua Doore (JDG Group)

Myself and my fiance bought couches at Russels Krugersdorp. The couches that we bought was R 30 000.00. The stitching of the double couch then started to come loose and the arm rest for the 3 seater couch also started too come loose and wiggle. We then laid a complaint with Russels, whereby we were told that the couches will be fetched on 23/11/2020. This was after the complaint was lodged in beginning of October 2020. Our couches was then finally picked up on Monday 23/11/2020 whereby the driver advised me to call Russels Krugersdorp and ask them of how the procedure will work. I have call Russels Krugersdorp everyday since Monday, at least 7 times a day following up on when my couches will be brought back or when the replacement couches will be brought and no person can give me a date. Its now the fourth day that I do not have any couches and no feedback. Their assistance and lack of customer service is utterly disgusting. I would not suggest any person to buy anything from either Russels or Jushua Doore!! Very Very Disappointed with the service received after such an expensive purchase was made!
