Useless

My daughter Monique a Wall Unit and matching table cash R2800.00 and they promised to deliver it Saturday the 28th February and assemble it , they delivered and then they said it is late they will be back the 2nd March after to work to assemble the wall unit and table.<br> <br> To date it is the 10th of March no sign of Russell's not even a phone call to apologise or to say when they coming.<br> <br> I swiped my card to do the payment but I was told to pay R150.00 cash and not allowed to swipe for it as this was for delivery??? this is also very odd. Are they taking customers money? because why was I not allowed to swipe that R150.00
