Urgent

I bought 2 beds double and queen in June 2024. There was a prmotion to get free headboard upon cash purchase ofvthe beds. Upon delivery, I was notified that they were waiting for the headboard from the factory. I noticed the queenb bed has a hole at the bottom of the bed. I reported it sametime. To date nothing has been done about both complaints. I contacted the Russell's head office and was referred back to the branch. My complaint is not receiving the necessary attention. Please help. I feel that I was **** to about the free headboard, and the damaged bed is not being attended to.
