UPDATING ON ITC

I am very disappointed in the level of service the accounts teams does, i have paid up my account over a year ago and non of them did their work to update my status on ITC, they waited the whole year until now it is not updated. i called their head office and they advised that it was done a year ago and they ****, the called are recorded maybe someone superior must listen to it and see how unprofessional their staff it and start doing some training. CAN SOMEONE DO THEIR JOB AND UPDATE MY STATUS ASAP
