UPDATING MY DETAILS

Having to deal with Russells and MBD Attorneys has been nothing but a HORRID experience!! i paid up my account via MBD, i was even provided with a paid up letter confirming that the account is paid up. To my suprise when i visited the Russells store in jhb, i was advised that nothing has been updated and i still owe them. Its a month later and nothing has been updated with Russells and transunion... How long does it take to update details ? all i want is for my details to be updated that i owe you Nothing and stop giving me the run around, people promise to get back to me , they tell it takes 1-20 days but its been a month now! Can someone just update my details!!!!<br>
