Unwanted item

I bought the fortune 3pce lounge suite online when I received it I realised that the quality of the product is very poor you can see right through the material and when we sitting it feels like we sitting on wood I logged a call 6th of Jan no response logged a complaint on 4th of Feb I was told the driver will collect it's on the 10th I waited the whole day nobody came called again today is the 13th off Feb and Russell never made one call to me how do I get help with the service that is so poor
