************ company, worst customer service ever

Worst customer non service ever experienced, not surprised they dont respond on Hellopeter. Placed online order on Sunday, R4693 taken from my bank acc. No confirmation of order, items still showing in my basket..... Phoned yesterday and today. Was told yesterday that my query yesterday wasnt even loaded on their system. It will take them 48 hours to get back to me, but they managed to take my money immediately!!! 7 to 15 working days for a refund....makes no sense as a payment takes 5 minutes to do and they didn't wait 15 days to TAKE MY MONEY!!! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK, IMMEDIATELY
