Unsatisfied customer being sold old display furniture went for repairs took 6months to exchange it

I haven't received my furniture since it was taken for repairs in May they hv only delivered 1bedroom suite and a base set they delivered them bits and pieces they hv sold me old stuff that was their display from the shop I'm still waiting for another bedroom it's going for 6months now they call me every time that they will deliver in few days nothing happened and I don't even owe them to make the matters worse poor customer service,poor management,poor service delivery all they want is your money useless call center I don't know why did they established it in the first place cause even if you complain no feed back or they take time to answer your email making empty promises I'm so tired if this ppl I will never encourage no 1 to buy from JD group consists of Bradlows,Hificoporation, Russell's and Joshua u run after them for your delivery believe me I'm still waiting for my delivery nearly 6months it's pathetic and nonsensical really sometimes they send you a msg that they can't get hold of you and they say call them back u call them back 100 times no answer and u leave a msg no response really such a big company it's a disgrace in our democracy I'm still saying poor customer service and poor management
