Unsatisfied client being sold old displayed furniture

I bought 2bedroom suits and a base set from Russell's in protea Glen mall in June last year 2019 I paid R21500 when they delivered the stuff I've noticed that this is an old furniture that it was from a display in their store and the bed was having a rejected sticker which it was not supposed to leave their warehouse it was a complete disaster I immediately went back to the shop to complain about the second hand furniture that they hv send to my house the manager told me he will replace them nothing happened I went back again which they send me another old displayed bed which I refuse to take it shoooo no replacement until this year I decided to go back again in May which finally they did came and fetch 2 bedroom suite and the bed they hv send an inspector from Seally bed to come and look at it and he was shocked that how on Earth did a rejected bed bed come to my house my answer was that I was also surprise like u and he confirmed that it was faulty and they did exchange it for a new bed but they hv send it to Russell's so that they can bring it home on the 6th of August but up until now I haven't received it also the replacement of my furniture nothing it's almost 5months now I'm staying in an empty house I hv called and called no help I went back to the store again 2 weeks ago still no help I called head office no help how on Earth such a big company act like that they took my money and my furniture it's such a disgrace I don't even know who to turn to it's so ********* and no customer service very arrogant ppl who don't care about their customers I'm tired of running around it's either my money or my furniture purley a disgrace company
