Unsatisfactory service after complaining about goods delivered

I bought a bedroom suite at MEGACITY umlazi and the delivery took longer than promised, fine, when delivered the *****s to assemble the goods were insufficient and they left to come back the following day. They came, only to find the dressing table is faulty and they cant assemble. They asked me log a complaint which has been 3 weeks nothing happened and no body is willing to come get this out of my bedroom. Am even tempted to ask for a refund coz I bought it cash or take the stuff back drop it off at their door
