Unsatisfactory Delivery

Russells charges R295 to deliver bedding. I do a lot of Online Shopping and that amount is absolutely ludicrous. You are paying more for delivery than what you are paying for the actual item you are buying. Anyway I paid for it and then your delivery guys couldn't find my house and I had to meet them at a petrol station in order to receive my order. I am off sick today and I was resting and I had to get up and go meet them. They could not understand the directions I had given them. If I am going to pay R295 for delivery the delivery should seriously be made to my door. I am beyond annoyed.
