Uns****ed Manager

<p>I bought a decoder at Russell's about a month ago and it stopped working on 24th of this month. I personally called Multi choice for assistance and had to Russells but the service and response I received from a lady who said she was a manager at the shop made me not believe she was indeed a manager, her level of client service and product knowledge is just not acceptable considering her position. If I am indeed a valuable client I believe she should have answered or assisted me better and value my disappointment as a client. Just a question on top of my complaint...... Do your stuff wear name tags? I didn't see any of them wearing it</p>
